2.1 Information You Provide Directly
Depending on how you use Deal360, this may include:
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, password, role selection (buyer, investor, agent, brokerage, owner, developer).
Verification & Compliance Information
Emirates ID (where required), RERA BRN/ORN numbers, company details, permits, title deeds, ownership documents, and other compliance-related records submitted for verification.
Property & Listing Information
Property details, pricing, images, documents, listing intent data, FSBO information, private listing details, and launch data.
Communications
Messages sent through the Platform, enquiry details, EOIs, and support communications.
Payment & Billing Information
Subscription status, invoices, transaction references, and payment confirmations (processed via third-party payment providers; Deal360 does not store full card details).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

- Pages viewed, features used, timestamps
